LANGUAGE OF CONGRESS

The language of the congress is Turkish and English. Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided.

BADGE

Badges will be given to all registered participants and accompanying persons. Badges must be attached at all scientific and social activities.

CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION

Certificates will be delivered to all fully participated attendants at the end of the program.

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE

The invitation letters will be sent upon request by the Congress Secretariat . Invitation letters may only be used for permission.

TRANSPORTATION to CAPPADOCIA

Airline

There are two alternatives for air transportation to Cappadocia, Nevşehir or Kayseri airport. Nevşehir Cappadocia Airport is approximately 49 km away from Ürgüp and takes 50 minutes by car. The distance from Kayseri Airport to Ürgüp is approximately 75 km and it takes 60 minutes by car.

Highway
It is possible to reach the Cappadocia Region by bus, not only from the metropolitan city, but also from other cities. It is possible to find bus services from many bus companies such as Metro Turizm, Öncü Göreme Turizm, Nevşehir Seyahat, Kamil Koç.

09:00 – İlhan Otel -> Dinler Otel-> Ürgüp Merkez-> Mustafapaşa Yerleşkesi (Departure)

17:30 – Mustafapaşa Yerleşkesi-> Ürgüp Merkez-> İlhan Otel-> Dinler Otel (Return)

8 September Friday:

Important Dates

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

31 July 2023 – Last day for free cancellation
For cancellations made between 31 July – 25 August 2023, 50 % of the cost of the congress will be refunded.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 25 August 2023.
Registration refunds will be made within 30 days following the end of the congress.
